About

Following the completion of her Biomedical Sciences Degree, Maddie joined the fight against COVID-19, completing a stint in the Super Lab testing facility as a Laboratory Scientist. In early 2023 she joined VRS and has since recruited for a variety of roles from Analytical Chemistry to Engineering, being particularly successful with Microscopists (although less so with the pronunciation). When she’s not reading fairy fiction or consulting her astrological charts, she likes to take walks in nature and generally enjoy the world around her. Arguably VRS’ most endearing employee, Maddie regularly regales us with stories of growing up in Walsall and assures us a ‘gambol’ is a real thing (she’s backed up by her Manager on this, and we’ve learnt not to argue with the Brummies).
